FIBREWATER is your one-stop-shop for advanced composite solutions in water and wastewater engineering. SISPL is a leading manufacturer and supplier of Fiber Reinforced Polymer (FRP) products, offering a wide range of engineered solutions for water storage, conveyance, and treatment applications.

FIBREWATER products reflect the importance of reliable and efficient water infrastructure, and we strive to provide innovative FRP products that meet the highest standards of quality, durability, and performance. Whether you need FRP tanks, ducting, panels, pipes, or manholes, we have the expertise and resources to deliver custom-made solutions that fit your specific requirements and exceed your expectations.

SISPL’s FRP products offer numerous benefits over traditional materials such as concrete, steel, and wood. FRP is a lightweight, strong, corrosion-resistant, and low-maintenance material that can withstand harsh environments and extreme weather conditions. Our FRP tanks, for example, are ideal for storing potable water, wastewater, chemicals, and other liquids, and they come in various shapes, sizes, and configurations to fit any application. Our FRP ducting, on the other hand, provides a cost-effective and durable alternative to metal or PVC ducting, with excellent resistance to corrosion, abrasion, and chemical attack.

In addition to tanks and ducting, we also offer FRP decking solutions for sewage smell reduction in wastewater treatment plants. These decks use advanced technology to capture and encapsulate the air, preventing unpleasant smells from escaping into the environment. Our FRP pipes and manholes, meanwhile, are ideal for stormwater drainage and sewerage systems, offering high strength, durability, and ease of installation.

FIBREWATER is committed to providing our customers with the best possible service and support. Our team of experienced FRP engineers and technicians will work closely with you to design, manufacture, and install FRP products that meet your exact needs and specifications.

We use the latest software and equipment to ensure accuracy, consistency, and quality in every step of the process.

FIBREWATER FRP products are corrosion-resistant, able to handle acids, alkalis and bleach solutions, and very high operating temperatures.

They are also lightweight, mechanically strong and versatile, and have been proven across many industries as an economical, low-maintenance alternative to steel and concrete.

FRP Ducting

FRP Non-pressure Pipe Systems (Sewer Pipe)

FIBREWATER Sewer pipes, manufactured through filament winding, are specifically engineered to possess exceptional resistance against acids. These types of pipe are commonly employed in sewer and storm water applications. Furthermore, they are designed to withstand water jetting, meeting the resistance requirements outlined in DIN 19523.

The standard lengths of the pipes are 3, 6, and 12 meters (3 and 6 meters for DN 200), but other lengths can be provided upon request.

The information provided in the table above pertains to the design of FIBREWATER FRP Standard Sewer Pipe.

Different stiffness classes are also available upon request.

The pipe design undergoes testing to ensure resistance against water jetting, following the standards set by DIN 19523.

For more detailed information regarding water jetting requirements, please reach out to service@sisau.com.au.

FRP Non-pressure Pipe Systems (Sewer Pipe)

FIBREWATER FRP Pressure Pipes are constructed with primary reinforcement in the hoop direction, making it suitable for applications that do not experience pressure end thrust. Common uses for this type of pipe include penstocks, pressure mains, water supply systems, and cooling water applications.

The standard pipe lengths offered are 3, 6, and 12 meters (with 3 and 6 meters specifically for DN 200). However, custom lengths can be requested as well.

Additional stiffness classes can also be provided upon request.

FRP Flanges

When there is a need for enhanced visibility, flexibility, and a higher continuous service temperature, our FIBREWATER FRP Flanges are preferred. Our flanges offer rigidity and a long flex life (up to 260°C), along with many properties similar to PTFE.

Our FIBREWATER FRP Flanges are constructed as per ASME RTP-1 and SMACNA Standards.

Benefits of FIBREWATER FRP Flanges:

They are suitable for use in water supply industries and potable water systems.

They are commonly used in chemical and fertilizer plants to regulate liquid flow.

FRP Flanges are made from a composite of glass fiber and polyester resin, providing excellent corrosion resistance, chemical resistance, and weathering resistance.

Our FRP Flanges have a lower strength-to-weight ratio compared to other materials, making them easy to handle, install, modify, and repair. They are lighter in weight due to the use of 1/10 P.S.C., 1/5 steel, and 1/8 C.l.

Our FRP Flanges exhibit excellent corrosion resistance both internally and externally, offering a lifespan of 20-25 years when the appropriate resin is selected for specific operating conditions and proper external support is provided. They are suitable for a wide range of acids, alkaline chemicals, saline water, and solvents, without the need for external epoxy coating.

The corrosion-resistant properties make them ideal for the sewage industry

FRP Flanges are highly recommended for offshore oil production.

Our FRP Flanges can be manufactured to meet the requirements of potable water and food contact regulations, thanks to filament winding processing technologies combined with polymerization and vaporization processes.

Our FRP Flanges with smooth internal surfaces have a high “c” rating, enabling them to carry high flow with low frictional head loss. This reduces pumping costs and saves energy.

With a hydraulic design base (HDB) that maintains a protection factor of 1.8 times its pressure class even after 50 years of continuous operation, our FRP Flanges offer extended longevity and performance at a lower life-cycle expense compared to flanges made with other materials.

Our FRP Flanges exhibit high surge pressure tolerance and greater resistance to surge strain and higher stiffness compared to steel and C.I. Flanges, minimizing the risk of bursting due to water hammers.

FIBREWATER FRP Dampers are designed to cater to the requirements of odor control and corrosive WWTP industries. Our dampers are made from corrosion-resistant FRP materials and are utilized to control the flow of gas or to isolate and shut off systems. The dampers are engineered to operate under conditions that align with the specific operating conditions of the duct system.

High-quality vinyl ester resins are utilized extensively in the construction of these dampers, and fire-retardant resins can also be provided for applications requiring Class 1 flame spread resistance.

Different industry names are commonly used to refer to dampers. You can utilize the table below as a reference to identify the specific type of FIBREWATER FRP Damper that meets your requirements:
